How does activation work?
Purchase through Gumroad, sign in to your ElectroDesigner account and assign the supplied licence key once. FaultChain can then recognise the active account licence and periodically re-verify access.
Do I need an account?
The free tools need no account. An ElectroDesigner account is recommended for Pro licence management and account-linked access. Direct licence verification inside FaultChain remains available.
Can you build a tool for our specific calculation?
Yes. Custom work is scoped individually. Send the calculation method, expected inputs and outputs, relevant standards or manufacturer data, and the workflow you want to improve to info@electrodesigner.com.
